CHUM Grow Project

This project is not a direct mission project of Covenant Mennonite Church but it is led, promoted, and partially supported by people who attend our congregation.

CHUM (Communities Helping Undernourished Millions) is a Community Grow Project for the Canadian Foodgrains Bank. We are looking for funding to grow the 2016 crop.   The cost for growing the 2016 crop will be $250 per acre. We invite you to participate in this grow project by “purchasing” one or more acres.  We hope to have all the acres “purchased” by seeding time.

UPDATE:  All the acres have been sold.  Thank you to each of you who have helped us reach this goal!

Cheques may be made out to “CHUM” and sent to:
Doug Dyck, Box 357, Plum Coulee, R0G 1R0

If you wish to see the project, here are the directions: turn south onto PTH 30 at Rosenfeld, proceed across the Buffalo Creek Bridge, turn east at the first intersection south of the bridge, and then proceed east one mile.  You have arrived.
